EvangelKids (4K—6th Grade)
EvangelKids will be learning about God’s Providence this year on Wednesday nights through Bible study, games, crafts, and music! Youth Group (Gym) 7th—12th Grade Youth will meet in the gym for worship, Bible study, and fellowship. Care/Prayer Group led by Liz and Lamar Davis in the Library for a time of prayer during Wednesday Night Connection. This is a designated time of prayer and/or reading of God’s Word. There will be a box at the Wednesday night meal to submit your prayer requests. During this time, we will also be looking for individuals to take a meal (leftovers from the Wednesday dinner) to members and others in our community. A Night to Remember: The Final Discourses of Jesus (John 13-17) taught by Dr. Jay Haley in the Choir Suite This is a study of the upper room discourse given by Jesus to His disciples on the night before He crucified. In this study we will explore the personal and encouraging words spoken by Jesus in demonstrating His love for His disciples and His promise of peace in a time of tribulation. Habits of the Household: Finding Meaning and Purpose in the Daily Chaos based on the book and video series by Justin Whitmel Earley led by David Maginnis in Quad 208 Parenting happens in habits. We make meals, shuttle our kids to events, answer their questions, discipline them, and do bedtime. But did you know that even these ordinary routines can serve as extraordinary opportunities to live out God’s love in profound ways? Come discover simple practices you canimplement around your everyday routines that will lead to a greater sense of peace and purpose and to your home becoming a place where you learn how to love each other and love God. |
