Women at Evangel are welcome to join any of our "C" Groups. The C stands for community, caring, Christ-like, covenant groups which are centered around common interests. These small groups are big on fun! Check below for detailed infomation on these groups!
Mommy and Me Fun Fridays! If you are a Mommy of young children and would like to join a playgroup that meets one or two Fridays of each month, please contact Andrea Bullock (620-0569) for more information. We would love for you to join in on the fun and fellowship!

Men's "A" Groups
Men at Evangel have great opportunities to study the Bible with other men and discuss how to apply God’s Word to their lives through our small group studies. One area of small group study is our “A Groups,” which meet on a monthly basis to gather for prayer, discussion, and accountability. The following A Groups are currently meeting:

Home Groups
Home groups are small Christian communities made up of 6 to 12 people meeting in individual's homes throughout the North Shelby county area two to four times a month. They are led by trained lay-leaders from the congregation who are given on-going support by the church staff.They are designed to foster community among God’s people, providing an opportunity for intimacy, mutual support, and practical love and service through the study of God’s Word, prayer, and the sharing of God’s work and grace.
LADIES’ “C” GROUPS
PUSH AND PRAY/PILATES
Leader: Mandy Willoughby These workouts for moms with strollers focus on developing strength, flexibility, and stability in your body. MEETS: Please see meeting times on the church calendar. Open to all moms!
HEALTHY LIVING
Leaders: Cindy Nelson, Norma Wiser Learn more about eating right and cooking for those with allergies or for those with special dietary needs. MEETS: Occasionally, as needed. Open to all. Please see the church calendar for next meeting.
SCRAP-BOOKING
Leaders: Dana Martin, Kathy Lucas Join us as we get those pictures organized into albums that will last forever. MEETS: The 1st Friday night of every month for Crop Til You Drop (or until midnight when we lock up!) in the Evangel library — Open to anyone at any time!
KNIT OR CROCHET!Women of Evangelalso have an opportunity to meet and learn to crochet or knit together. Experienced sewers as well as beginners are welcome to attend. This is an ongoing class so just show up to learn anytime! MEETS: in the church library on Tuesdays at 8:30am.
These small groups are BIG on fun! Join other ladies of Evangel as they get in shape, preserve memories, and eat healthy together! Make new friends, catch up with old friends, and enjoy the fellowship of believers.
